Fairly clean and fancy hotel, great location near the lakeside. Fantastic rooms where the ac does n't work, extremely great stuff. Location right by the constructionsites all around and the lake and the downtown shopping areas and shops, bars and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Dr Espresso nearby...

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mala in Pokhara. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooftop swimming pool were really good. The location of the hotel, although a 5-minute walk from the market street, was worth it for the modern interiors and amenities. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The comfortable bed and spacious room made for a pleasant stay. Complimentary pick up from the bus station was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience in Pokhara.

The rooftop pool was undoubtedly the best feature. It offered a spectacular view of the city and was a nice place to relax. Another positive aspect was the location, which was central and convenient. the rooms were fairly comfortable and clean.
The staff was extremely unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome from the start. They were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in their work.

the location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the lake, where I enjoyed paragliding and hot balloon flighs with great views of the astounding Himalaya. the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. I was impressed by the excellent service and the delicious breakfast served every day. the rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city, Fewa Lake and the mountains that were truly unforgettable.
There was one minor issue with the bathrobes being slightly damp.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and had a lot of natural light coming in from the balconies. the fresh air was a welcome addition during our stay at the hotel. the staff at the front desk and the boys at the rooftop restaurant were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. the owners themselves were very courteous and made sure we had a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects of our experience was the delicious food served at the hotel. the meals were freshly made and mouthwatering. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the local attractions and sightseeing spots. the location was perfect, with everything in close proximity and within walking distance.
One aspect that we didn't particularly appreciate was their credit card policy. It would be advisable for the hotel staff to ensure that their credit card payment system is functioning properly and avoids any inconvenience to guests during check-out.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the reasonable prices in Nepal. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in a convenient area near lakeside. One of the highlights is the beautiful swimming pool with a stunning Himalayan view which you can often have all to yourself during the low season. Another great feature is the option of enjoying a meal or snack in various locations throughout the hotel, including the 7th floor with a view of the pool and mountains. The basic amenities, such as clean rooms and a satisfying breakfast, are also worth mentioning.
The hotel could improve by providing summer umbrellas near the pool to offer shade from the heat and sun.
